Condition

The majority of the items listed on Relic London are vintage or previously-owned and therefore may show signs of wear and tear. Our items are sold as seen and buyers are encouraged to view imagery as part of the listing. Relic London are unable to guarantee the life-span of products, however, we aim to provide photography which clearly depicts the items quality and condition. Relic London can provide condition reports on select items upon request.

Portrayal of Products

We aim to portray our products as accurately as possible though due to the reproduction of colour, finish and patina slight variation may occur and may be dependant on the calibration of Users screens and resolution. All measurements provided are approximate.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding associated delivery costs. Items must be returned in sold and saleable condition. All costs associated with the return of each item is the responsibility of the buyer. As we are a small business selling majority pre-owned goods, returns are dealt with on a case by case basis by emailing enquiries@relic-london.com

On the occasion that an item is purchased during a flash sale period, the item is non-refundable and we strongly advise a viewing in person prior to purchase, otherwise a condition report can be supplied upon request.

Shipping

For UK mainland customers, shipping rates are calculated during checkout and vary depending upon the weight, and complexity of the item.

We can arrange international shipping. Please contact us via e-mail for a quote. Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage, along with the packaging, and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the item to be collected from you and will provide a full refund once it has been returned.

Prices, Payments & Delivery

All our listings are priced in GBP pounds sterling.

We accept payment via Paypal, Apple Pay and the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Delta, American Express, Switch, Solo.

You may also make payment via bank transfer. To do so, email us at enquiries@relic-london.com and we will issue you with an invoice. The item you have ordered will be placed on hold and we will arrange shipping once payment has been received.
